Exhibition Package Details

Important Note

Payment of exhibition fees does NOT guarantee attendance as a Delegate in the Conference.
All exhibitors will be given special badges that will restrict them to the exhibition area.

The Exhibition package includes:

  1. Exhibition booth with one table and two chairs

  2. A fascia name board (for your company name and stand number)

  3. Light spots and 1 socket

  4. Provides meals (two teas and lunch) for two exhibitors per institution

In the transfer/remittance document please indicate clearly indicate that you are Paying for an Exhibition Booth.
Copies of bank transfer documents and payment slips should be promptly sent to exhibitor@eoai-africa.org
This will allow us to acknowledge and receipt your payment.
